The association`s forum for building mutual benefits between EU countries and South Sudan is based on a political and economic partnership and has been founded by Robin Saban.

Its main objective is to develop a healthy political, economic and social collaboration with South Sudan.

The Republic of South Sudan is the newest nation in the world. It is unfortunate that after her independence in 2011 South Sudan fell into civil war causing the people much suffering. However, in 2018 the leaders of the country worked hard to bring peace to South Sudan and have recently signed a peace agreement in the aftermath of civil war to restore stability.

Founder

Robin Saban is the Founder and President of the International Student Film Festival Hollywood. He began his career in the entertainment industry as a writer and director in Montreal, Canada. Writing and directing several plays for live theatre while living in Montreal from 1992 to 1996.

He moved to Los Angeles in 1996, where he worked in the entertainment industry as a film editor and project developer and co-wrote several scripts for film as well as for TV stations and Produced a pilot presentation for Tv station 2008.

Mr Saban studied film and theatre at Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. Digital film and video editing software “AVID” at Video Symphony in Burbank, California and marketing and fundraising through UCLA extension.

Inspired by his years of work in the entertainment industry, Mr Saban founded the International Student Film Festival Hollywood in 2003, a festival geared solely to students offering them a unique opportunity to showcase their work. Then in 2006, in a world divided, he created the Cross-Cultural Film Festival Los Angeles, an avenue to celebrate our differences through film.

Mr Saban has built strong connections with professionals in the entertinment and various business world; he is well connected to known talent agencies in Hollywood and international production companies as well as film schools around the world.

In 2012 he moved to Vienna, Austria and was appointed as Business Development Director for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa by a prominent global Communications Agencies in Los Angeles, CA USA and in Europe.

In Montreal Canada and in Los Angeles California, Mr. Saban was very active in political lobbying and fund raising for local and state elections.

Very active within the community; he served on the Board of Directors for the Economic Alliance of the San Fernando Valley and as a committee member for Honoring Life.

After studying at the Austrian Study Centre for Peace and Conflict Resolution – ASPR Mr Saban becomes an Ambassador for Peace and has been appointed United Nation Liaison Universal Peace Federation, Austria, Vienna.

Mr Saban is the Founder/President of Non-profit organization International Student Film Festival Hollywood, recipient of an IDEAS Humanitarian Award and presented with the “Against All The Odds” Award by the Universal City North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.

He is CTM “Competent Toast Master in Public Speaking.
Mr Saban was a head of the Blanket Drive project for the Homeless people in LA with Midnight Mission project.
Mr Saban currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Economic Alliance of the San Fernando Valley and is the producer of an after-school film program in Vienna “Vienna goes to LA”.

Mr Saban is a citizen of Canada, U.S.A and permanent resident in Austria. Currently residing in Vienna, Austria.

Reech Malual is a South Sudanese Lawyer and Public Relations Expert, holds Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Master of Laws (LLM) From the University of Juba, South Sudan in addition to Master of Arts in Public Relations and Media Management (MA-PRM) from Busoga University of Uganda.

He is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Akumric Global PR and Managing Partner at The Ancestral Advocates, a professional and one of the best law firms in Juba, Republic of South Sudan.

Adv. Malual has formerly worked as a Journalist with the United Nations Radio Miraya, TV station Manager for CTV South Sudan, Managing Editor at The Business Focus Newspaper, Media legal consultant with Homeland International Recruitment and Consultancy Agency (HIRACA).

He is the founder of Screen of Rights, a South Sudanese national human rights organization and serves it’s Executive Director. Reech is a Generation Change Fellow at the United States Institute of Peace (USIP), Washington DC and currently participating in writing a book on the Republic of South Sudan through Pretoria University of South Africa and UNISA.
